The Tower C is a high-rise office building of 90 meters high, GF + Mezzanine + 24 levels, two technical basements, and three parking basements (389 spaces) and totaling 42,000 m² including parking spaces and technical areas in the administrative towers of the city of Abidjan. The rehabilitation work includes structural improvements, facility upgrades, and improvements to the overall energy efficiency of the building.
